Mắm cá thu chưng

Món này vừa chín tới ăn nóng với cơm nóng. Tuyệt vời trên cả tuyệt vời. Sao tui ghiền mắm dữ vậy không biết. Tự trả lời luôn nha, tại là dân mít mà.

2 lát mắm cá thu nhỏ hoặc 1 lát bự bằng 1/2 bàn tay nghiền nhỏ
1/3 lb thịt heo xay
trứng
1 muỗng canh bột bắp
2 muỗng canh nước lạnh
1/2 muong canh sugar
cà rốt bào
nắm mèo cắt nhỏ
hành tím băm nhuyễn
hành lá cắt nhỏ
tiêu
ớt bột

Mắm cá thu mặn sẵn nên không cần thêm mắm muối. Trộn đều xong hấp khoảng 1 hour. Chấm tăm vô mà thấy khô là chín.

Nhớ chừa 1 cái lòng đỏ để tráng lên bề mặt cho đẹp khi gần chín.

Saute chopped garlic and chopped white onion in oil until it turns light brown then add thinly sliced cabbage, 1 tbsp fish sauce, and 2 tsp sugar, and egg. This is my husband’s all time favorite. He had it for dinner and I also packed it for his lunch. The next day he still wanted more of it. Very easy to make. Fry the pasta with a little bit of oil until crispy on 1 side, add the eggs on top, cover the pan with the lid, turn off the stove. Done!!! Eat with soy sauce or maggi. We eat it with German Maggi. Shredded pickled carrot is a good addition to this dish.
