This is my husband’s all time favorite. He had it for dinner and I also packed it for his lunch. The next day he still wanted more of it. Very easy to make. Fry the pasta with a little bit of oil until crispy on 1 side, add the eggs on top, cover the pan with the lid, turn off the stove. Done!!! Eat with soy sauce or maggi. We eat it with German Maggi. Shredded pickled carrot is a good addition to this dish.
