This is my son’s favorite.  I prepare this dish on a busy day when I don’t want to spend too much time in the kitchen or when my son whines “Mom, I haven’t had spaghetti for a while.”  I bought Kirkland meatballs from Costco and the Bertolli Organic Olive Oil, Basil & Garlic Sauce, can be found from many grocery stores.  For each jar of pasta sauce, I added 1/2 cup chopped white onion, 2 tsp sugar, and 1 tsp of fish sauce.  Not home made but both the meatballs and the sauce were exceptional.  Promised to my self to make the meat balls and the sauce from scratch some day.  Don’t know when that day will be yet 🙂
